Rebuild - $600 + parts*

DSM AWD W5M33 rebuild.  All are done on a case by case basis.  Starts at $600 plus parts.  At this point all transmissions are rebuilt to best state with the parts that are available.  Will typically end up at about $1200.  A typical build gets new synchronizers, new 1/2 hub slider assembly, new intermediate shaft lower bearing, new end nuts, new seals, new snap rings, new neodymium trash magnet, and new synchro springs.   Every transmission gets shimmed to WSS shim specs, double roll pin 3/4 fork, and a upper torrington bearing mod in the center differential, unless it's welded.  Trans case hot caustic washed in a jet spray cabinets.   Excessively corroded transmissions will be media blasted and painted with an additional $200 charge.   Transmission must be drained of all fluid, and external parts such as clutch fork and shift linkage must be removed.

Upgrades available: late double synchro second gear $250, WSS billet 1/2 shift fork $180, welded center diff $75, upper torrington bearing mod $75.
Additional charges: Helicoil thread repair $30/ea, case weld repair $100/hr $25 minimum, broken bolt removal $100/hr $25 minimum, media blast case and paint $200.

Budget DOGBOX - $2500 + parts*

The Budget Dogbox was a full new Mitsubishi gear-set with a White Shed Speed 4-spider center differential.  However, due to Mitsubishi discontinuing many of the parts needed for this transmission, it can now only be built by using a good core, and comes with a 2 spider or welded center diff.  This trans is face-plated for quickest shifts possible, and the most raw driving experience.  This trans can be street driven, but make no mistakes this is a racing transmission.  Be aware that this build may have an extreme turn around time. Our face-plating supplier is the only game in town, and they are notoriously slow.  Price assumes a functional transmission sent in as a core.  Extremely dirty and or severely worn/damaged transmissions will incur additional charges.

PPG DOGBOX - Starting at $1500+gearset*

The PPG DOGBOX transmission is a full new PPG gear-set.  This is the ultimate in strength/durability/performance.  This is a straight cut dog engagement gear-set that will perform reliably in single digit drag race cars.  This transmission is incredibly strong, and will shift faster than you can move the shifter at ANY rpm with ANY clutch.  This is a racing transmission for racing cars, although it can be driven on the street an many do.   Price assumes a functional transmission sent in as a core.  Extremely dirty and or severely worn/damaged transmissions will incur additional charges.  Price subject to change based on gear-set market price, along with additional upgrades.  Please email us for a quote.

4 Spider Center Differential - $1100*

The White Shed Speed 4-Spider Center Differential is a step above the standard center differential on the market.  We correct several oem design flaws present in the competition.   This differential has survived without flaw in my personal 700whp 3300lb Talon that runs in the 9's on Hoosier QTP's.   For more information check out our tech article. 
Customer must supply a good condition core consisting of  a center diff body, top cap, top and bottom gears, and 4 good condition spider gears.

Stock T-Case rebuild - $600*

Stock T-Case rebuild includes disassembly, inspection, painting cases, checking/adjust of contact pattern, and final assembly.  All seals and the input bearing are replaced, additional parts replaced as needed.  Input spool/coupler is discontinued, customer must supply a core with useable coupler.

300M T-Case rebuild - $1400*

300M T-Case rebuild includes disassembly, inspection, painting cases, installation of 300M output shaft, shot peen gears, checking/adjust of contact pattern, rebush/fit tail housing to larger yoke, and final assembly.  All seals and the input bearing are replaced, additional parts replaced as needed.  Input spool/coupler is discontinued, customer must supply a core with useable coupler.  We can supply a billet yoke if needed.
