****NOTE:  Due to OEM Mitsubishi parts shortages and discontinuances, Stage 3 builds have been discontinued.  Stage 4 builds can now only be done on a good core.  All prices have been updated to reflect the volatility in Mitsubishi parts prices and availability.   In most cases a rebuild will need the following parts (approx prices): seals -$40, 1/2 hub/slider-$175, 2nd double synchro-$125, 3/4 synchros-$65, synchro springs-$25, and a couple bearings-$60.  Typically a stage 1 build will end up at $940.   Finally, we can only do a 4 spider center diff if the customer can supply all parts needed.  *********

Stage 0 Rebuild - $400 + parts*

Just need a trans freshened up? On a ramen budget? Have a daily beater that has got a case of the grinds? This bare bones budget build will get you back running again, with good shift quality.  Price assumes a functional transmission that has some shifting issues.  Extremely dirty and or severely worn/damaged transmissions will incur additional charges.

Stage 1 Rebuild - $450 + parts*

Looking for a nicer trans that will handle high RPM shifting better?   The Stage 1 adds a double synchro second gear if not originally equipped, as well as either a welded center diff, or the upper torrington bearing mod.  Many other other parts are replaced as well, delivering like new performance.  Price assumes a functional transmission.  Extremely dirty and or severely worn/damaged transmissions will incur additional charges.

Stage 2 Rebuild - $1000 + parts*

The stage 2 transmission is an extension of the stage 1, but we add in a White Shed Speed 4-spider center differential in place of the stock 2 spider.   If your doing a lot of drag launches and don't want the hassles of a welded diff this is the trans for you.  Price assumes a functional transmission sent in as core.  You will need to supply 4 good center diff spider gears along with a 4 bolt/2G LSD rear differntial for the 4 spider center diff.   Extremely dirty and or severely worn/damaged transmissions will incur additional charges.

Stage 3 Rebuild - NLA due to discontinued parts

The stage 3 transmission is a full new gearset with a White Shed Speed 4-spider center differential.  This trans is designed for high horsepower cars.  A full new gear set will result in the best life in a high power / high torque application.   This transmission can be built with close ratio gearing, subject to parts availability.  Price assumes a functional transmission that has some shifting issues.  Extremely dirty and or severely worn/damaged transmissions will incur additional charges.

Stage 4 Budget DOGBOX - $1400 + parts*

The stage 4 transmission was a full new Mitsubishi gear-set with a White Shed Speed 4-spider center differential.  However, due to Mitsubishi discontinuing many of the parts needed for this transmission, it can now only be built by using a good core, and comes with a 2 spider or welded center diff.  This trans is face-plated for quickest shifts possible, and the most raw driving experience.  This trans can be street driven, but make no mistakes this is a racing transmission.  Be aware that this build may have an extreme turn around time. Our face-plating supplier is the only game in town, and they are notoriously slow.  Price assumes a functional transmission sent in as a core.  Extremely dirty and or severely worn/damaged transmissions will incur additional charges.

Stage 5 PPG DOGBOX - Starting at $6500*

The stage 5 DOGBOX transmission is a full new PPG gear-set.  This is the ultimate in strength/durability/performance.  This is a straight cut dog engagement gear-set that will perform reliably in single digit drag race cars.  This transmission is incredibly strong, and will shift faster than you can move the shifter at ANY rpm with ANY clutch.  This is a racing transmission for racing cars, although it can be driven on the street an many do.   Price assumes a functional transmission sent in as a core.  Extremely dirty and or severely worn/damaged transmissions will incur additional charges.  Price subject to change based on gear-set market price, along with additional upgrades.  Please email us for a quote.

4 Spider Center Differential - $600*

The White Shed Speed 4-Spider Center Differential is a step above the standard center differential on the market.  We correct several oem design flaws present in the competition.   This differential has survived without flaw in my personal 700whp 3300lb Talon that runs in the 9's on Hoosier QTP's.   For more information check out our tech article.  $600 on your good cores.  Mitsubishi has discontinued many of the parts needed to perform this service.  You must provide a good complete center differential case, 4 good spider gears, and a 4-bolt/2G LSD rear diff.

Stock T-Case rebuild - $500*

Stock T-Case rebuild includes disassembly, inspection, painting cases, checking/adjust of contact pattern, and final assembly.  All seals and the input bearing are replaced, additional parts replaced as needed.  Input spool/coupler is discontinued, customer must supply a core with useable coupler.

300M T-Case rebuild - $1300*

300M T-Case rebuild includes disassembly, inspection, painting cases, installation of 300M output shaft, shot peen gears, checking/adjust of contact pattern, rebush/fit tail housing to larger yoke, and final assembly.  All seals and the input bearing are replaced, additional parts replaced as needed.  Input spool/coupler is discontinued, customer must supply a core with useable coupler.  We can supply a billet yoke if needed.
